We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your IGK Hair purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the provided return packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
